2. Digital Software Products

Due to the nature of digital software products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or activated. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product does not function as described in its documentation and we are unable to resolve the issue
  • The product was purchased accidentally or through an error
  • A technical issue prevents you from using the product and we cannot provide a reasonable resolution

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

4. Refund Process

  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been used extensively beyond the trial or evaluation period
  • Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request
  • Products purchased from third-party resellers (refunds must be handled through the original point of sale)
  • Change of mind after the product has been downloaded and activated

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled (e.g., pre-orders or pending purchases), please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to cancel and refund your order if it has not been processed.

For subscription-based products (if applicable), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the product until the end of the current billing period.

7. Exchanges

As our products are digital software, exchanges are not applicable. However, if you are experiencing issues with a product, we encourage you to contact our support team. We are committed to helping you resolve any problems.

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us for a resolution, you may forfeit your right to a refund under this policy. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns directly.
